Rights

On April 7, 2008 permission was granted:

"As manager of the band Easy On The Mayo, we would be honored to have the Live Music Archive host recordings of our music. Our website is www.myspace.com/gentleonthesaladdressing. We have an active Facebook group called Easy on the Mayo, also.

Our taping and trading policy, until further notice, is as follows:

Audio taping of our live performances is strongly encouraged. Stage taping is not allowed since it may not be representative of our performance's sound. If submitting a recording to the Live Music Archive, please submit the highest quality recordings you can produce. Unless explicitly expressed prior to the individual performance, our shows are taper friendly.

Trading of audio recordings of our performances is permitted. No monies or debts may be exchanged for a live recording of our performances with the exception of officially released recordings sold by the band and our vendors and distributors.

Video taping is allowed. If submitting a video to YouTube or the like, please submit video with high audio quality. No monies or debts may be exchanged for a video of our performances with the exception of officially released videos sold by the band and our vendors and distributors.

Photography is allowed at our live performances. Please limit the number of photographs taken with flash as a courtesy; it's just so distracting.

Thank you very much for this opportunity.

Brenton LaTour
Manager"
